Vlog: weekday meals and workouts

Hi pals! Today, I’m coming to you with another vlog. I shared my first vlog here in September. I had so much making that video, that I immediately went onto filming another idea. Vidoes have been a fun creative outlet for me, and I plan on periodically sharing more. πŸ™‚

Today’s video covers 3 typical weekdays of my life in San Francisco, focusing on meals and workouts. I spend a lot of time blogging about my weekends, and I thought an interesting topic could be about my weekdays. I’ll show you what a typical day of exercise/cooking looks like while I’m working full-time. I’ll also take you around some of my favorite spots in San Francisco.

  1. That’s a bright idea – to keep all the recipe links in one place. You have such a healthy lifestyle. Keep it up! As for me I went to my yoga class yesterday and almost did a grasshopper (or something) pose πŸ™‚
