My father spends his summers teaching in China (he is a professor), and so my siblings and I made him a little video to say how much we love him from across the world. Working on this video with my brother and sister was the highlight of my week. My dad ended up absolutely LOVING it – he said it was his favorite gift yet :).
My father is the smartest, quirkiest, most confident, and most optimistic person I know. When people say that I am like my dad, it’s the biggest compliment in the world. My whole life, he has pushed me to challenge myself, to not be afraid of failure, and to never, EVER give up. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today with him.
I’m so so happy me and my siblings put a smile on my dad’s face today. For all the sacrifices and work he put into raising us, it was the least we could give back. Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there! ❤
